GOLD FOR NEXOR AGAIN – WITH A ‘PERSONAL BEST’

Matching our Olympian athletes in their superb achievements at the Olympic Games over the last few days, Nexor is delighted to have been awarded Gold by Investors in People; yet again confirming our world class capability.

Initially achieving the Gold Standard for Investors in People in 2013, the bar was raised even higher this time due to the Standard being revised in 2015, introducing a four stage performance model reflecting organisations that consistently outperform industry norms.

This makes Nexor’s achievement even greater and, in turn, truly recognises us as an organisation that is operating at the highest level of people management practices.

The Investors in People Standard states:

“Achieving Investors in People accreditation is an outstanding achievement. It requires genuine commitment from leaders, passionate employees and everyone focused on the ambitions of the organisation.”

This makes it even more pleasing that Nexor has been assessed at the Gold level.
