Nexor invited to present at premier UK cyber security conference

Nexor is presenting on cloud security at the Cyber Security Professionals (CSP) conference 2017, which is taking place at York Racecourse from the 23rd to 24th May and regularly attracts up to 500 delegates.

Nexor’s Innovation Director, Colin Robbins, will be hosting a workshop looking at the principle security elements to the Cloud. This will take place on the first day of the event at 11:35 am. See the full agenda of CSP:2017.

The workshop will draw upon our “Secure Information Exchange for Cloud Environments” white paper. This looks at the principles behind the cloud that present us with security challenges and explore where responsibility for solving the issues lies. The paper looks at the governance approaches to managing these complex responsibilities, and explores the data lifecycle and core touch points to protect critical data.

The two-day CSP:2017 event will bring cyber security professionals from around the country from all different industries and sectors.

There will be a variety of workshops and discussion sessions at the event, allowing people to share experiences and challenge current ways of thinking and doing. The theme for this year’s event is ‘Beyond Networks: How to get to tomorrow, today‘.
