Mark brings over 20 years of experience across technology, delivery and leadership roles, with a strong background spanning security, data, analytics, and enterprise IT. He has built a reputation for leading complex, multi-stakeholder delivery and operations environments with a quality-first mindset, placing particular emphasis on elegance, craftsmanship and well-engineered solutions.

His appointment marks a significant step in Nexor's ongoing growth, ensuring that the rigour and precision synonymous with its technology are matched by equally strong delivery leadership. Mark will be responsible for building and leading Nexor's Delivery & Operations function, driving structured, high-assurance delivery practices and ensuring customers experience consistent, measurable outcomes from first engagement through to long-term operation.
