We recruit right across the skills and experience spectrum – from school leaver to PhD, from apprentice to director. The right attitude and value set are what we look for when hiring and, with continuous improvement at the heart of our beliefs, we invest in developing our people… as well as our business.

We have also signed the Corporate Covenant that demonstrates our support for the armed forces community including the recruitment of reservists and former service personnel.
Nexor is an industry partner of the UK Government scheme CyberFirst, which is developing a bigger pipeline of younger people entering the cyber security industry.
Nexor encourages an open and participative approach to both business and social activities. As a Gold Standard Investor in People, we offer training opportunities to all our employees and actively encourage career development. Nexor provides an attractive remuneration package and excellent future career prospects.
