Supply Chain

As well as working directly with our end customers, as an SME, Nexor frequently works as a subcontractor in a supply chain or supply network with our customer being a major defence prime contractor or systems integrator. Our philosophy as a supply chain member is aligned to that of SC21 (www.adsgroup.org.uk):

Examples of our involvement in supply chain best practice include:

  • Prompting and participating in an initiative between Intellect and ADS to align UK high technology standards to the SC21 programme to enable ITC software and services companies to join SC21
  • Leading and participating in workshops to review and comment on the Green Paper for “Equipment, Support, and Technology for UK Defence and Security”
  • Representing the SME community in:
    • Intellect
    • ADS
    • RISC.
